History
Based on Woodward 'Under & Over' design acquired in 1949, Purdey over-and-unders represent British excellence in this configuration. Modified Woodward design remains in production alongside Sporter and Trigger-Plate variants. Available in multiple variants: traditional O/U Sidelock, The Sporter (2022 - brought in-house for high-volume shooting), and Trigger Plate Gun. Each completely bespoke to customer specifications. Available in any gauge. The Sporter is exceptionally strong and durable, designed for rigors of modern high-volume driven game and sporting clays.
