The quickest test is to close the off-eye and see if your mystery misses go away
Shooting with 1 eye feels like crap and the target looks smaller and faster but we are trying to figure out how to cure missing
CONTRARY TO CLUB WISDON- shooting with both eyes will not cure it if you have severe cross-firing you may have no option other than occluding the off eye
The first thing I tell my students to do is put a barrel blinder on your gun- you can get them from Meadow Industries
That may help but with some it doesn't totally cure in which case you need to go to eye occlusion
