History
Part of Akkar's innovation in semi-automatic shotguns starting 1992 as Turkey's first semi-auto manufacturer. Altay 212 Series includes 212PS (tactical), Altay Camo, and 220 Combo (20 gauge). Features 9+1 round capacity, synthetic black stock, ghost ring sights, and Picatinny rail for optics mounting. Designed for tactical applications, sport shooting, and hunting. Represents Akkar's commitment to modern semi-automatic technology. Founded 1989 (airguns), Akkar entered shotgun manufacturing 1992 and now produces 80,000+ shotguns annually from their Istanbul facility.
