Anyone else find station 8 at skeet way tougher with a 20 gauge?

Been shooting skeet for about 2 years now, mostly with my Beretta A400 Xcel 12 gauge. Recently picked up a Browning Citori 20 gauge for fun and to practice with lighter loads. I'm crushing stations 1-7, but station 8 high house is giving me fits - feels like I'm always behind it. Using a modified choke and 7/8 oz #8 shot at 1200 fps.

Totally normal! The 20 gauge has less shot and slower swing dynamics. For station 8 high house, try switching to an improved cylinder choke - you'll get a slightly wider pattern that's more forgiving. Also, focus on keeping your head down on the stock and really accelerating through the shot. What's your lead picture looking like on that target?
