Picking a choke for sporting clays with my Beretta 686 - Muller vs. Kicks?

Been shooting my Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon for about 2 years now, mostly at my local club's sporting clays course. I've been using the factory Modified choke that came with it. I'm starting to shoot more true pairs and longer crossers, especially on stations 5-8 which are 35-45 yards out. I keep seeing guys talk about Muller U2 and Kicks High Flyer chokes. Which one would you pick for a general-purpose sporting clays setup?

Good question - I ran a Muller U2 in my 686 for years and loved it. It's a great all-around tube, gives you a Modified/Improved Modified pattern that's perfect for 30-40 yard targets. The Kicks High Flyer is also solid, it's a bit more open (think Light Modified) which can be forgiving on closer stuff. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either for sporting. What loads are you typically shooting? That might sway the recommendation a bit.
