Factory chokes on my Browning Citori - are they good enough for clays?
Just got into sporting clays and picked up a used Browning Citori 12ga. It came with the factory Invector chokes (marked IC, M, and F). I've been using the Modified for most stations at my local range. Should I stick with these or look at aftermarket chokes like Briley or Muller?

Those factory Invector chokes are actually pretty solid for getting started. For sporting clays, Modified is a great all-around choice - it'll handle most presentations from 20-35 yards. I'd stick with what you have for now and focus on your mount and swing. Once you're breaking 70% consistently, then maybe look at a Muller U2 or Briley extended for a bit more versatility. What loads are you shooting with it?
