Just got a Beretta A300 Outlander - what factory loads should I start with for trap?
Hey all, brand new shooter here. Just picked up a Beretta A300 Outlander with a modified choke for trap. I've been reading about all the different factory loads (Federal, Winchester AA, etc.) and it's a bit overwhelming. I'll be shooting at my local club from the 16-yard line. Any recommendations on what to buy first?

Welcome to the sport! For your A300 and trap at 16 yards, you can't go wrong starting with Winchester AA Light Target loads in 7.5 or 8 shot. They're super reliable, have clean-burning powder, and pattern really well through a modified choke. Federal Top Gun is another great budget-friendly option that cycles smoothly in semi-autos like yours. What's your local club charging for a box these days? That might help decide between the two.
