Just got a Beretta A300 Outlander - what's a good factory load to start with?

Hey everyone, brand new shooter here. Just picked up a Beretta A300 Outlander for sporting clays and maybe some dove hunting this fall. I'm a bit overwhelmed looking at all the ammo options at the store - Federal, Winchester AA, Remington STS, etc. What's a good, reliable, and not-too-kicky load to get started with for breaking clays?

Welcome to the sport! Great choice on the A300 - it's a soft shooter. For just starting out, you can't go wrong with a standard 1-1/8 oz, #7.5 or #8 shot load at around 1200 fps. Winchester AA or Remington STS are both excellent and very consistent. They'll cycle your gun reliably and have manageable recoil while you're learning. What choke are you running in that A300?
