My reloads for sporting clays are inconsistent - any advice?
Been reloading for about a year now with a MEC 600 Jr. using once-fired STS hulls, Claybuster WAA12 wads, and Alliant Extra-Lite powder. My pattern board shows some shells are tight and others are really spotty, even with the same recipe. Shooting a Beretta A400 with an Improved Cylinder choke for most stations.

That's a classic reloading challenge - been there myself. First thing I'd check is your crimp consistency on the MEC. If the crimp depth isn't uniform, it'll mess with pressures and patterns. Also, weigh a few charges of that Extra-Lite; sometimes it doesn't meter perfectly in progressives. Have you tried switching to a different wad like the WAA12SL to see if it seals better in those STS hulls? What's your current shot weight and velocity?
