Anyone else notice a difference in swing feel between a flat rib and a concave rib on a Perazzi?
I've been shooting my Perazzi MX8 with a flat rib for years and love it, but recently tried a friend's MX12 with a concave rib. The concave felt like it tracked targets a bit smoother on long crossers at station 3. Wondering if it's just in my head or if there's a real difference in how the rib affects your sight picture and swing.

Not in your head at all - I've noticed the same thing. The concave rib tends to create a slight tunnel vision effect that helps some shooters focus on the target better, especially on those long crossers. It can make the gun feel like it's swinging more naturally because you're not getting as much peripheral distraction. What chokes are you running on your MX8? Sometimes a more open choke can give you that smoother swing feel too.
