Anyone else notice a difference in swing feel between 30" and 32" barrels on a Krieghoff K-80?
I've been shooting my K-80 with 30" barrels for years and love it for sporting clays. Recently tried a buddy's identical setup but with 32" barrels and it felt noticeably smoother on long crossers. Wondering if it's just in my head or if others have experienced this with high-end O/Us.

Not in your head at all - I've seen this with my Perazzi MX8 too. The extra 2" adds a bit more forward weight, which can help stabilize your swing on those long, slow crossers at stations 3, 7, or 8. Some shooters prefer it for trap or sporting clays where you need that smooth follow-through. Have you tried adjusting your choke selection with the longer barrels? Sometimes pairing them with a more open choke (like IC instead of M) can give you the best of both worlds.
