Just started sporting clays - what choke should I use for most stations?

I'm brand new to sporting clays and just got a Beretta A300 Outlander. I've been using the modified choke it came with, but I'm seeing guys at my club switching chokes between stations. At my local course, we have rabbits, crossing targets, and some high overhead stuff. Should I be changing chokes that much as a beginner, or just stick with one?

Honestly, for your first few months, I'd stick with that modified choke and focus on your footwork and swing. It's a great all-around constriction that'll handle 80% of what you'll see. I started with a Browning Citori and ran modified for my first year - it'll break targets from 20 to 40 yards just fine. Once you're consistently hitting 70% or so, then think about adding an improved cylinder for close stuff and maybe a light full for those long crossers. What distances are you seeing at your club's rabbit station?
