Struggling with true pairs on station 7 at my local course - any tips?
My club's station 7 has a true pair with a crossing rabbit and a high overhead going away. I'm consistently missing the second bird after hitting the first. Shooting a Beretta A400 Xcel with IC choke, using Federal Top Gun 1-1/8oz #8 at 1200fps. I've tried focusing on the first target completely then swinging to the second, but by then it's too far out.

True pairs are tough! With that presentation, try establishing your hold point between the two targets instead of on the first one. For that station, I'd hold about where the rabbit crosses and the overhead is maybe 10 yards out - gives you a better swing to each. Also, consider tightening up to a Mod choke since that overhead's probably 35+ yards by the time you get to it. What's your foot position like on that stand?
