Struggling with true pairs on Station 7 at my local course - any tips?
Been shooting sporting clays for about 2 years now and consistently get wrecked on Station 7 at my club. It's a true pair with a crossing rabbit and a high overhead going away. I'm shooting a Beretta A400 with an IC choke, using Federal Top Gun 1-1/8oz #8 at 1200fps. I've tried leading the rabbit more, but then I miss the overhead completely.

Station 7 true pairs are tricky! I'd suggest switching to a Modified choke for that station - gives you a bit more reach for the overhead without sacrificing too much on the rabbit. Try focusing on the rabbit first since it's the closer target, then swing through the overhead. What's your foot position like? Sometimes opening up your stance toward where the overhead will be helps with the transition. Also, have you tried a slightly slower swing on the rabbit to avoid over-leading?
