Struggling with consistency on station 3 at 22 yards in American Trap

I've been shooting for about 2 years and recently moved back to the 22-yard line. My scores have dropped, especially on station 3. I'm using a Browning Citori with a Modified choke, shooting 1-1/8 oz of #7.5 shot at 1200 fps. I feel like I'm missing behind, but my lead looks right in practice.

Station 3 at 22 yards is tricky because that target is really climbing when you break it. With a Modified choke and #7.5s, your pattern should be fine, but you might be stopping your swing. Try focusing on keeping your head down and following through for a full second after the shot - I bet you're lifting your head to see the break. Also, have you tried a slightly faster load like Federal's Top Gun at 1250 fps? The extra speed can help with those longer targets. What's your foot position like on station 3?
