Struggling with station 4 high house in American Skeet
I'm new to American Skeet and keep missing the high house target from station 4. I'm using a Beretta A300 Outlander with a Skeet choke and Federal Top Gun 2.75" shells (8 shot, 1200 fps). I feel like I'm swinging through it but still breaking it behind. Any tips on where to hold and how much lead to give it?

Station 4 high house is tricky because it's coming almost straight at you before it angles away. Try holding your muzzle about halfway between the high house window and the center stake, maybe 2 feet high. For lead, picture a 2-3 foot gap in front of the target - you're basically shooting where it's going to be, not where it is. That Federal load is perfect for skeet, by the way. Are you keeping your head down on the stock and following through after the shot?
