History
Founded around 1875 in New York City by Charles Daly and August Schoverling, importing Prussian firearms. Changed hands multiple times, acquired by KBI in 1996. Bank foreclosure in 2010 ended operations. Trademark acquired by Chiappa Firearms in 2017, reviving the brand.
