History

Formed in January 1900 by four former Fox Gun Company partners and John Lloyd Tabb, incorporated in West Virginia with operations in Baltimore, Maryland. Manufactured shotguns based on Hollenbeck's patent #643,601 in five grades and 12/16 gauges. Forced into receivership in February 1904 when creditors called loans, producing fewer than 6,000 guns total.
