History

Founded in 1957 by 25-year-old self-taught gunsmith Daniele Perazzi in Botticino near Brescia with goal of creating world's finest competition shotguns. Achieved success when Ennio Mattarelli won 1964 Tokyo Olympic gold with Perazzi MX8 scoring 198x200. Pioneered customization and competition-focused design. Company continued after Daniele's death in 2012.
