History
Founded in 1868 in Brescia, Italy as a family business. Remained family-owned until 1987 acquisition by Socimi. After Socimi's 1993 bankruptcy, acquired by Beretta Holding. In December 2007, trademark rights acquired by sister company Benelli Armi. Both now part of Beretta Holding Group.
