1/20/2017 FridayWith a new name comes new ownership.  It has been a long time sense I have been here and thing look even better now.  The sporting clays course runs through a hard wood bottom land.  The trees tower over you and the palmettos cover the forest floor.  The clays fly between the trees and palmettos and their shadows.  After a week of heavy rains the bottom land was holding water but the gravel road was mostly dry with just a little mud.  There were 12 stations and they are all automatic so I was able to shoot alone.  The course had 3 elevated platforms to shoot off of and with one station with 2 rabbits.  That was a fun one. I enjoyed myself very much and look forward to another visit.
